Privacy policies

GOOZE.EU is an independant web store. We do not transfer any customer data and use it for the sole purposes of customer support, hardware guarantee and fiscal declaration. For legal reasons, we must also be able prove that we only ship products to European-Union countries.

If you are connecting with Facebook credentials, GOOZE may propose you to create an account with your Facebook information. But we do not transfer private information from our accounts to Facebook. And we are completely independent from these organizations.

Be aware that when you are using Facebook connect, your connection information is logged at Facebook and thus complies with general Facebook guidelines. We are not aware of what these information become and you should get information about it. We only provide Facebook connect for user convenience. It allows you to easily create an account on GOOZE. Then it is recommended to use your GOOZE account directly.

When connecting with CAcert.org certificates, we only collect your unique ID, which is an md5 hash in the certificate. Then we generate a username for you and propose to bind your account to your unique ID. This is a very convenient way to respect your privacy.

For security reasons, GOOZE.EU uses Paypal payment services, including credit card payment. We don't have access to your credit card information. During checkout, if you don't have an existing account on Paypal, you will have to enter your personal information and/or credit card number on Paypal web site. In this case, read Paypal user agreement.

Although we track visits and register our web store on search engines, we do not transfer personal information to search engines such as Google, Bing or Yahoo. We only transfer anonymous information. By personal information, we mean name, email, address, phone numbers, marketing information and any information that could help a search engine distinguish people.

Our company is registered on French CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), an official French board which enforces law on data protection and personal liberties. Our CNIL number is 1416632. According to French law, upon request, you are allowed to freely access and modify your personal data.

Upon request, we garantee that your customer record can be deleted.
