What are the shipping options available?

During checkout, buyers choose the proper shipping method:

• bubble letter,
• parcel,
• insurance,
• tracking,
• etc...

The price is calculated automatically.
You make your own choice:

Smart cards alone can be shipped in small bubble envelopes to customers, starting from 0.56€ to France and 0.75€ to European countries.

Validate your account using SMS

When your order includes small items (example: a cable, an OATH token), you may be looking for a low shipping price.

For carts lower than 20€ and weight less than 45g, you may obtain a low shipping price:

• Validate your account using SMS:
  Click view/edit user account. Then click Edit and Mobile. Enter your mobile phone number in international format. Click confirm number. An SMS is sent to your mobile phone. Enter the number and click Confirm.
• Make a cart. Click checkout and display shipping prices.

In the above example, one or two OATH tokens could be shipped to Japan for 4,90€:

The letter is shipped at our own risk. Whenever the letter is lost, we will ship again, but you will have to buy insurance. In the above example of Japan, if the 4,90€ letter is lost, we will ship again with insurance, but provided that you pay us 12,90€ - 4,90€ = 8,00€. We think this is a fair deal.

I just ordered, when do you ship?

Our services ship from Monday to Friday, twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon.
Our shipping team is equipped with beepers.
Whenever we receive a payment, we try to prepare the package immediately.

I just ordered, what's next?

You will receive:

• a first email of confirmation of payment.
• a second email when shipment is done.

If you paid by bank transfer, we will wait until the bank transfer arrives.
Upon reception of bank transfer, we send you a confirmation email.

How long does it take to get delivered?

France: 1/2 days.
European-Union: 3/4 days.
United-States and North America: 4 to 7 days.
Outside these destinations: may vary.

What is your shipping company

We ship to all countries using La Poste (the French National Post).
Because La Poste is a public company, it offers very low shipping rates.

Also, we noticed that mail was never lost.

Do you ship inside the European-Union?

Of course we do.

In some cases, we may require tracking and insurance: Italy, Portugal, Grece and other countries. This is not that we are afraid to loose the parcels. Only that for these destinations, delivery time may vary from 4 days to (rarely) 3 weeks.

Having insurance is more comfortable for buyers.

Do you ship outside the European-Union?

Please note that for legal reasons, cryptographic hardware including smartcards and USB cryptographic token can only be shipped to the European Union. Other products like smartcard readers, One Time Password generators and embedded computers can be shipped worldwide.

All shipments outside the European-Union are done with:

• proof of deposit,
• insurance,
• personal delivery,
• and proof of delivery.

All shipments are done in priority mail or priority parcel.

Do you declare all goods to customs?

When shipping outside the European-Union, we declare all goods to customs.
Upon reception, you may need to pay the local taxes.

During checkout, my country is not listed

Please contact us. We have to comply with laws and we cannot ship to some countries. If your country is not in this list, we may ship you after studying insurance options available AND if this is legal by law.
