Convenient vertical card insertion. Heavy weight, very stable: 330 gr.

Compatible with Windows and GNU/Linux.
This reader is not fully compatible with Mac OS X (timeout during RSA key 2048bit generation).

The main advantage of the Cherry ST-1044U is its heavy weight. When inserting cards, it will not move. Therefore only one hand is needed to insert or remove cards.
