lvm2 and dm-crypt smartcard HOWTO

In this tutorial, we will learn how to install and use lvm2 over dm-crypt partition, using smartcards.

In a first part of the tutorial, we will create a simple lvm2 partition over an encrypted dm_crypt partition to secure the /home partition of a GNU/Linux Debian station.

In a second part of the turorial, we will try to secure a whole Debian GNU/Linux system using dm_crypt, lvm2 and smartcards.
