This reader replaces the R-301 v1. It is also called R-301 v2.

Standard and Certification: ISO-7816 Class A, B (5V, 3V), PC/SC, CCID, TDPU, EN 60950/IEC 60950, CE, FCC, Microsoft WHQL 2K, XP, RoHS Compliant, EMV 2000 Level 1. Firmware upgradable (although may never need).

TPDU protocol support means that cards with more than 2048bit RSA are supported.
